To protect confidentiality and maintain appropriate professional boundaries, I generally do not connect with current or former therapy clients through personal social media accounts.

Please do not use direct messages on social media to discuss personal mental health concerns, request clinical advice, or communicate urgent information.

Social media messaging is not a secure or confidential form of communication, and I cannot guarantee timely responses.
