Research-based. Practical. Thoughtful. Hopeful.

I help parents, educators, clinicians, and organizations better understand mental health, strengthen relationships, and support healthy development.

Whether I'm speaking to a parent group, training professionals, consulting with a school, or joining a conference stage, the goal is the same: to help people understand themselves and one another a little better.

Drawing on more than 25 years of clinical experience, I translate psychological science into strategies audiences can actually use. I want people to leave informed, hopeful, and ready to use what they've learned.

Because when we understand people differently, we respond differently.

Why invite Dr. Gordon to speak?

The best presentations aren't a lecture — they change how people understand themselves and each other.

As a psychologist, educator, supervisor, and consultant, I help audiences make sense of today's mental health challenges through the lens of human development, relationships, and current research. I love turning complex ideas into practical, relatable strategies — and delivering them with warmth, humor, authenticity, and genuine hope.

Audiences leave with a clearer understanding of the topic, real tools to put to work, and more confidence in how to show up for the people in their families, schools, and communities.
